2000 Liters Horizontal Tank Mold Type A

Manufactured in Davaran Fidar Maham Co.

Horizontal tanks are most often in places where height is an issue. When compared to vertical tanks, the deformation is way less when fully loaded. Horizontal tanks are also suitable for transportation since they are designed a way to minimize the amount water spilling out. The tank also has inbuilt feet so there will be no need for a holder.

2000L tank’s rotational mold is fabricated of iron sheets. To make a roto-mold, the products model must be first produced. Followed by shearing and shaping the metal sheets, the pieces are then welded, grinded, and polished. As the final step, inserts, clamping system, and frame are implemented.

The product, like almost every other roto-molded part, is made of polyethylene. Why? The reasons are briefly described below

  • Home production of polyethylene lowers the price significantly.
  • Almost every fluid, including portable water and corrosive chemicals, can be stored in it.
  • UV resistant.
  • High tensile and impact strength.
  • Usable outdoors and in different weathers.

You might’ve experience a situation where you have a brilliant idea but you don’t know how to make it work. In DFM Co., our special designing department, with more than 15 years of experience, are there to aid you in the journey of turning the idea into reality. As the first step in the procedure, our engineers will receive a sketch or a model of your idea. The design is evaluated afterwards and is utilized and simplified as much as necessary. Followed by implementing FEA (Finite element analysis) to evaluate the products performance in real life conditions and therefore preventing possible failures and fixing any remaining design flaws. As the final step and after receiving the approval of both the customer and the supervising engineer, the product’s mold is manufactured and delivered to the customer.
