Mold Design and Approval Process
This mold has been designed based on the customer’s submitted drawing for the product.
After receiving the specifications, the engineering team at Davaran Fydar Maham carried out the following steps:
- Initial design using specialized software
- Analysis and optimization of the design for improved strength and durability
- Final customer approval of the design
- Start of mold production on the manufacturing line
Physical Mold Manufacturing Process
After design approval, the physical mold fabrication was carried out as follows:
- Cutting parts using available machinery in the factory
- Assembly and welding of components for initial mold shaping
- Polishing surfaces to achieve a smooth and uniform finish
Final Installation and Assembly
After machining and polishing were completed:
- The surface and dimensions of the mold were thoroughly inspected.
- Upon quality approval, the frames, chassis, and clamps were installed.
- The mold was prepared for delivery to the production line or customer.

Manufacturer Information Engraving
- Manufacturer information is engraved recessed on the mold surface.
- This results in the information appearing raised on the final product.
Customization Options
- Production date stamping can be added upon customer request.
- This feature helps customers with production tracking and batch management.
