Designed and Manufactured by Davaran Fydar Maham

Application and Configuration

The 800-liter tanks are designed for use in ride-on sprayers.
They are provided as a three-part assembly, including:

  • Handwash rinse tank
  • Distribution system

This configuration ensures complete functionality for agricultural spraying operations.

Material and Benefits of Polyethylene Tanks

These tanks are made of polyethylene and are highly reliable in terms of durability and structural strength.

Advantages of Using Polyethylene

  • High expansion and contraction coefficient — provides greater resistance to thermal stress
  • High durability in harsh conditions — resistant to impact, chemicals, and variable weather
  • Cost-effective — due to domestic raw material production, manufacturing costs are reduced, resulting in a competitive price

Mold Fabrication and Production Process

The molds for these tanks are made from ST37 steel sheet.
The design includes inserts for:

  • Threaded openings on the tank lid
  • Embedding various fittings

This ensures easy installation and reliable performance.

Specialized Service: Turning Ideas into Products

Davaran Fydar Maham, with over 15 years of experience in mold manufacturing and rotational molding, is ready to receive customer ideas and turn them into real products.

Idea-to-Product Process

  1. Receiving the customer’s idea or initial drawing
  2. 3D modeling using SolidWorks software
  3. Performance simulation under real conditions using ANSYS and Abaqus engineering analysis software
  4. Predicting and resolving structural and technical issues before physical production
  5. Design optimization to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  6. Mold production and delivery to the production line or customer

This process prevents economic losses, wasted time, and defective product manufacturing.
