Design and 3D Modeling Process
This mold was designed using professional SolidWorks software.
After completing the precise 3D model, the casting pattern was prepared and transferred to the machining phase.
Production and Final Finishing
- Aluminum casting based on the prepared model
- Machining of the final part to achieve precise dimensions and smooth surfaces
- Polishing to create a flawless, high-gloss finish suitable for rotational molding
Final Assembly and Installation
After machining and polishing are completed:
- The surface and dimensions of the frames are thoroughly inspected.
- Upon quality approval, the chassis and clamps are installed.
- The mold is ready for delivery to the production line or customer.
Customization Options
Brand Engraving
- The manufacturer’s brand can be engraved recessed on the mold.
- This results in the brand appearing raised on the final plastic product.
Production Date Stamping
- A production date stamp can be easily integrated into the mold upon customer request.
- This allows for automatic batch tracking directly on each produced table.
