Advanced Mold Manufacturing Process
This mold was digitally mapped using 3D point cloud scanning technology.
The collected data is then processed with specialized CAD software and coding to prepare it for mold production.
CNC Milling Machining
- The casting model is precisely machined using a CNC milling machine.
- This step ensures high dimensional accuracy and superior surface quality.
Casting and Final Finishing
- Aluminum casting into the prepared mold
- Secondary machining of parts to achieve final dimensions
- Polishing surfaces to create a smooth, professional finish
Final Assembly and Installation
After machining and polishing are completed:
- The surface and dimensions of the frames are thoroughly inspected.
- Upon quality approval, the chassis and clamps are installed.
- The product is then ready for testing and delivery to the production line or customer.

This product is a complex 6-piece mold specifically designed and manufactured for use in rotational molding (rotomolding) systems.
Customization Options
- Brand logo and manufacturer information are engraved recessed on the mold, resulting in a raised appearance on the final product.
- Production date stamping can be added upon customer request.
